Hanging Out at Useless Bay

We went with our buddies to their weekly art class. They painted with watercolor, painted rocks and shells and made apple tarts. P-9 in particular said he wished we could go back every week. The art teacher lives in a little hobbit house in the woods. She is an eclectic lady! Apparently she just bought an oven, so that is why she had the kids do some baking. She must have used the wood stove before that. She always likes to have lunch or a snack with the kids, so my friend Michele made a pot of chicken and rice soup and homemade bread. It was a very cozy ending to the class. The whole thing was a very colorful, artistic experience!
After the class we hung out at the beach at Useless Bay, collecting rocks and shells and enjoying the beautiful view.
