We have a social butterfly in our family. M-just turned 7 had a guest list a mile long and didn't want to trim it down a bit. As a result we enjoyed hosting a birthday party yesterday with 14 little girls in attendance. Five couldn't make it. (This girl has more friends than I could ever hope to have!) We played pin the tail on the donkey, had an egg hunt and a pinata (the pull string kind which I love, but only a few girls got a turn before the magic string was pulled). We decorated cookies and played a song game (from my Education Through Music training). It was way too fun and the birthday girl felt very loved and special, which of course, she is!
