All but two of my Shakespeare scholars~Our Shakespeare co-op class was invited to go on a field trip to the Old Globe theater in Balboa Park with one of the local charter schools. They were given a tour of the grounds and inside the theater with lots of tidbits and Shakespeare trivia thrown in. I smiled like a proud mama when almost every question (literally) was answered by one of the kids in my group! It was nice to have our Washington friend come with us and share her Shakespeare and theater knowledge, as well. Good times!
