C-11 had his big violin recital! He played in 5 ensembles and had 1 solo. Everyone did a great job and it was a festive event with cookies and drinks afterwards. Unfortunately, we came home and started a round of a horrible stomach virus that knocked us out for the week end and beyond. Tis the season for us to catch every little thing, I guess!This is a snippet from their grand finale, Snowflakes. It has several different parts: Wind, Sun, Mist, Moon...I think there are others. It sounds so haunting and beautiful when it all comes together. It's C-11's favorite piece.
