Shalom Pesach! For the last few years we have had our own version of Passover Seder. We enjoy charoset and matzoh, kugel and latkes. We always watch Charlton Heston in The Ten Commandments and we read Mrs. Katz and Tush and Passover Magic. Tonight we talked about the Jews putting the lambs blood on their doors so the angel of death would pass over. I asked, "What does that remind you of?" P-8 immediately said, "Jesus! He was the Lamb of God!" It was so neat to see that lightbulb moment as we discussed the symbolism of the Passover. My kids really love this tradition and look forward to it every year.

Fun! What a great tradition!
I love Mrs. Katz and Tush!
We had a seder at my house years ago with a group of homeschool friends. The only problem was that a bottle of grape juice got spilled all over my living room carpet. We finally got it out, but it wasn't easy!
I have a great little booklet that includes & compares LDS believes with the passover.
