Strawberry Picking

On the way home from the butterfly farm we stopped by the strawberry fields for a little treat. Strawberries dipped in sour cream and brown sugar are yummo! We almost didn't go because I didn't want to leave our little caterpillar in a hot car. But after some thought, I decided I would just take him with us and carry him around in his traveling bag. He also accompanied us to lunch at In N Out where the cashier thought he was pretty cool.

What fun! We have a strawberry patch in our garden this year and I am hoping we get some good strawberries out of it!

Sounds a fun day out.

I have never ever heard or had strawberries dipped in sour cream & brow sugar before. I do hope I remember this for our summer!

We used to have a butterfly farm near where we were living - but it closed down - I LOVED our visit. wish it was still going.

Love Leanne

Yum! Once again - you are always doing the fun things. I LOVE the California poppies! I started growing some a couple of years back from seed. They are amazing and keep coming back!

I love strawberry picking but my kids don't. :( It looks like you guys had a great time. The butterfly farm looks so cool! My kids would LOVE that.

Thanks for checking out my blog. I'm so far behind I'm actually backdating to catch up. If I only had one more hour a day...

You do more fun things! I want to be one of your kids. We need to get together again this summer. I'm missing you!
