Click to zoom in for a taste of the parade~There is nothing like Independence Day in a small town in Utah! We continued our yearly tradition of trekking to Central Utah to visit Great Grandpa and attend the best parade west of the Mississippi. Where else can you chase after ping pong balls being scattered by a manure spreader down Main St.? Where else can you see not just Miss Richfield, but also Miss Sevier County, Miss North Sevier County, The Rodeo Queen as well as the Junior Rodeo Queen? What other parade has semi trucks as floats unto themselves throwing handfuls of candy into the street for the kids to scramble after? Happy Independence Day!
