Puppy Love

Monday afternoon at soccer practice, an adorable little puppy was terrorizing the players all over the field. Actually, she was just having a blast running around and then taking a little rest on any one's lap that would have her. After practice was over, and every spectator was asked if she belonged to them, I realized that I was her only hope for survival as everyone else was going to just leave her! (Melodramatic, I know.)

We took her to the vet and had her scanned for a chip. None. I still need to call the Humane Society and leave a description. Everyone is really, really hoping we can keep her. She is just too cute and sweet. We call her Little Dog, for now, and so far Big Dog has shown her displeasure, but no violence has broken out. As you can see from the last picture, Little Dog is never far from Big Dog, following her everywhere, worshipping the ground she walks on.

Update: Her name is now Molly and it looks like she's a forever part of our family!!
